Round Island Road of Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone is approximately 100 kilometers, three times longer than its counterpart in Xiamen, Southeast China’s Fujian Province. The total investment is estimated at RMB5 billion, or $732.21 million. It serves not only as an essential infrastructure but a lengthy picturesque corridor connecting iconic sceneries of sea and villages along the coast.
