Nanjing Brocade, an eminent representative of China's traditional culture

Yunjin, also called cloud brocade, is a traditional Chinese silk brocade made in Jiangsu, Nanjing since the end of the Song dynasty. Yunjin, is shuttle-woven, and often incorporates gold and silver threads with coloured silks. In 2009, Yun brocade was inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
