The 7th Cross-Straits Guoxue Lecture themed “Wang Yangming’s thoughts of conscience” will be presented by renowned philosopher Lin Anwu at 19:00 P.M from Jan.16 to Jan.17 at the Taiwan Entrepreneurial Park of Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone.

Lin Anwu from Taiwan is a well-known philosopher and religious scholar who is also a professor from Taiwan Normal and the visiting professor of Shandong University. He is also the dean of Yuanheng Academy and also the student of Mou Zongsan, a renowned neo- Confucianism scholar.

His works focus on the inheritance and development of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. He has written over 20 masterpieces such as “Research on Wang Chuanshan’s humanist historical philosophy” “The philosophy of modern neo-Confucianism” and “Confucian political ethnics and social justice.”
