5 medical workers from Pingtan arrive at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Xianyou county, Putian city.

5 medics from the Pingtan Center of Disease Control and Prevention rushed to Xianyou County, E China’s Putian City to help with the epidemiological investigation of the latest Covid resurgence on Sept. 15.

"It was almost 4 a.m. when we received the call. We packed up our luggage with urgency, gathered at 7 o'clock, and prepared medical supplies before departure. We will complete the task," said Lin Yingying, a public health physician.

At present, five members, all born after 1990s, have all devoted themselves to the mission.
