Located in Jinjingtown in the south of HaitanIsland, Nanzhai Stone Forest is famous for its giant animal-shaped granite rock formations.

With boulders shaped like camels, tortoises, ducks and leopards scattered across the attraction, the place feels like a zoo of stone animals.

Among them, the eroding peaks at the Rock Forest Scenic Spot are the most famous, namely Crocodile Peak, Fairy Peak, Sheep Peak, Eagle Peak, Frog Peak and Turtle Valley. These peaks are suitable for climbing and taking photos.
