An agreement pertaining to cross-border e-commerce was signed on Feb. 16 among Fujian KJT Cross-Border E-Commerce Co. Ltd., Angxu (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd., and the Investment Promotion Committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, the closest place on the Chinese mainland to the island of Taiwan.

According to the agreement, Nature’s Care- a well-known Australian healthcare brand will settle in Pingtan’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Park. It’s expected to bring 200 million yuan of cross-border e-commerce trade volume to Pingtan every year.

The brand entry will expand the category of cross-border e-commerce products in Pingtan and propel the upgrade of Pingtan's cross-border e-commerce bonded operations. In addition, Fujian KJT and Angxu are conducting in-depth research on the development of bonded processing trade in Pingtan.

Angxu (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. established in Shanghai is a wholly-owned subsidiary of its parent company-Nature's Care Manufacture Pty Ltd. The Australian company has grown into the third-largest manufacturer of supplements and skin care products in Australia. The company's business covers Southeast Asia and China, and its product lines include dietary supplements, vitamins, and child care.
