From February 28 to March 3, the Resources and Ecology Bureau and the Natural Resources Service Center in Pingtan jointly held a wild animal and plant exhibition with the theme of "Paying Attention to the Protection of Flagship Species and Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China".“Promote Awareness for Protected Wildlife & Promote the Construction of a Beautiful China”
According to Zheng Youzeng, manager of Fuzhou Dasen Craft Co., Ltd., also the organizer, a total of 236 simulated and real wild animal and plant specimens were displayed at the exhibition.This includes 13 kinds of fungal specimens, 50 kinds of butterfly specimens, 50 kinds of insect specimens, 18 kinds of two-climbing specimens, 75 species of bird specimens, and30 species of mammal specimens, with a total value of more than 4 million yuan. In addition to pandas, pangolins and some snake specimens, most of the specimens in the exhibition area are derived from real animals.
