To experience the spring scenery of Pingtan, you’d better start by riding on the most beautiful road on the island.

Along the Around-the-Island Road, the warm sun, fluffy white clouds, aquamarine sea, and rotating windmills constitute a dreamy oil painting. Cycling enthusiasts made up one of the main streams of tourists here, stopping from time to time for a photo to freeze the precious moment.

Cooling April is the best month for camping, lazing by the beach and gazing at the stars.

At Tannan Bay scenic area, lounge in the comfort of a beach chair and admire the sailboats in the water. Indulge in the robust aroma of fresh brew coffee mixed in the cool spring breeze, a concoction of sheer bliss bound to sweep any worldly worries away.

At dusk, the sea glistens in the afterglow. It's about time you unwind and let your feet sink into the wet comfort of the sand and let the cooling water coax your feet.

When night falls, look at the stars in the sky, chat with friends till late at night, and fall into a dream while listening to the lapping waves.

As daylight breaks, get ready to be greeted by the spectacular sunrise and beautiful sea view. What a great way to start the day!

At the commercial street of Aoqian Fishing Port, seafood restaurants and snack bars gather. If you are a seafood lover, this place never lets you down.

After a full meal, take a stroll along the promenade by the sea. On both sides of the street, red and brown sloping-roofed buildings and stone houses with local features blend with and complement each other under the shade of lush greenery.

Fishing boats at the port have become a unique setting for photo taking. The sunset landscape serves as a natural filter.

Here, you can experience the fun of offshore fishing while standing by the pier, and enjoy a quiet time while appreciating the sunset.
