Pingtan, a rising international tourism island off southeast China's Fujian province, will be welcoming a new resort in April 2023. The project is located in Kuahai Village.

Jianfengshan Art Tribe comprised of 50 rural homestays started construction on August 17 two weeks later, after the project had been signed. 

Reportedly, the project would give the antique stone village houses, roads, and beaches a facelift. The village boasts a beautiful environment with an excellent viewpoint. Green terraced fields dotted the village. It has great potential for development,” said Shen Jie, project manager.
