Taipei Express, a container vessel operating between Pingtan and Taiwan, arrived in Pingtan on Feb. 3. This is the first shipment after the Spring Festival. The Taipei Express carried a diverse range of goods, including LCD panels, strengthening trade relations across the Straits.

The freighteris operated by Huaxin (Pingtan) Logistics Co., Ltd. and provides logistics services for companies across the Straits.“We are going to build a consolidation warehouse in 2023. And our bonded warehouse is about to be put into use.” Gan Zexuan, deputy general manager of the logistics company, said that the company hopes to attract more businesses to settle in Pingtan by improving logistics facilities.
