Marxists gather in Pingtan for national conference

According to Cha Zhuhe, deputy director of the Ideologies and Political Affairs Department for China's Higher Education Press, this conference bands up the nation's elites and best schools of thought on Marxism, pooling ideas for the cultivation of Marxist ideologists and establishment and refinement of theories and disciplines.
The dean of the Marxist College of Shihezi University, Zhang Yong, from the west of China, hopes to gain more insights into refining the university's programs on political ideologies. He also expressed keen interest in the development of Pingtan.
The conference focuses on topics such as fostering talents in Marxist theory and disciplines, exploring reforms in academic content for political ideology programs, reconstructing the undergraduate curriculum system for Marxism education, etc.
