Pingtan, a national-level comprehensive zone for piloting cross-Straits integration, hosted a meeting on June 6 with iFlytek Co., Ltd. The momentous event is joined by iFlytek Co's delegation led by vice president, Meng Qingyong to discuss a development project centered on artificial intelligence (AI).

iFlytek, a leading Chinese AI company, expressed interest in Pingtan's unique advantages in artificial intelligence and shared their development plans to contribute to Pingtan's high-quality development with their advanced technological innovation.

During the meeting, Lai Jun, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, emphasized Pingtan's strong foundation for developing the digital economy and highlighted the importance of accelerating smart education and healthcare projects.

Both parties aim to build a "digital future city" and a "city laboratory," leveraging digital development to empower Pingtan's growth and success.
