Gao Yanjiao from BROSS Women's Power Cycling Team of Pingtan won the 2023 Henan Province Bicycle Open (Dengfeng Station) for the women's mountain bike group on June 4, 2023.

The competition consisted of two major events: the competition and the national fitness cycling tour. The competition included four categories: 42 kilometers men's elite road race, 21 kilometers men's mountain bike group A, 14 kilometers men's mountain bike group B, and 14 kilometers women's mountain bike group. The national fitness cycling tour covered a total of 7 kilometers and was divided into group and individual categories.
