The Ocean Technology and Culture Center project has recently passed its final inspection and is now officially completed. According to Huang Yunzhe, the civil engineer in charge of the project, the next step is to proceed with the handover process and prepare for the submission of the center for the prestigious China Steel Structure Gold Award.

The center spans an impressive area of approximately 52,000 square meters. With a total investment of roughly 488 million yuan, it encompasses various facilities, including a library, an art gallery, a cultural center, a women and children's activity center, and an immersive underwater world. These facilities are designed to provide cultural exhibitions, scientific education, and literary resources for both local residents and tourists.
