Chen Fangrong, the visionary behind the homestay, grew up by the sea and harbored a deep affection for her hometown's waters. After exploring various locations, she decided to return to her roots to fulfill her dream of opening an ideal homestay.

Spanning approximately 800 square meters and four stories high, the homestay is a blend of warm aesthetics and modern comforts. The first floor is a communal space featuring reception, dining, and leisure areas, while the upper floors are dedicated to accommodations, including a rooftop terrace perfect for team-building events.
