On August 2, the iconic venue was transformed, infusing it with a vintage charm, turning it into a time-traveling experience for visitors from all walks of life.

"Walking into the music hall is akin to stepping through a portal to the past, where every corner whispers stories of bygone days," remarked Wang Jiamin, a tourist from Jiangsu Province, overwhelmed by the immersive atmosphere.

The renovation cleverly merged the hall's architectural distinctiveness with multifaceted features, crafting a haven for leisure seekers. Vintage gramophones and black vinyl walls greet visitors, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey through musical history.

Moreover, the introduction of cutting-edge digital interactive spaces, including the Music Map, Music Harbor, Music Storm, and Music Diary, fuses the past with the present, offering guests a unique blend of tradition and innovation. "The Music Map, for example, engages visitors by playing melodies like 'Ali Shan Girl,' accompanied by breathtaking visuals of Ali Mountain's splendor," shared Lan Zhengbin, curator of the 68 Black Reef Music Hall. "Our mission is to resonate with all ages, blending the '68' and 'vinyl music' IPs, inviting everyone to rediscover their own era."

At the heart of the venue, the ground floor music stage promises to be a beacon of live entertainment, regularly hosting performances by diverse bands, including those hailing from Taiwan. "Our maiden voyage to Pingtan has been nothing short of enchanting, with its exquisite island charm stealing our hearts," expressed Yu Xunyu, guitarist of a featured band. "We've curated a playlist of timeless tunes, each aiming to ignite a spark of reminiscence within every listener."
