On September 8, the 24th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) commenced, with Pingtan's delegation making a significant presence. The event, themed "Investment Connecting the World," saw Pingtan companies displaying their technological prowess, highlighting the island's commitment to innovation and economic growth.

At the Fujian Pavilion, two Pingtan-based companies stole the show with their cutting-edge products. Handto Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Unveiled their underwater intelligent robot, capable of exploring the ocean depths up to 300 meters and conducting underwater photography. The company's marketing manager, Wu Xiukun, stated, "Our relocation from Fuzhou to Pingtan was strategic, capitalizing on its geographical advantages and business-friendly environment." Handto has also partnered with the Pingtan to establish the Pingtan Kylin Handto No. 1 Fund project, aiming to transform and upgrade the marine industry.

In addition, Fujian Fenyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. introduced its first 5G smartwatch, featuring communication, location tracking, and payment capabilities, along with an ultra-low power Bluetooth system and a 5G co-processor. The company's product director, Lin Zhijun, shared, "Since our establishment in Park in 2011, we have been dedicated to the smartwatch domain. This year, we are excited to launch our 5G smartwatch to the market and explore collaborative opportunities with operators and industrial 5G networks."

The CIFIT, spanning an exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, hosted various activities, including the Invest in China business matchmaking session, the Global Special Economic Zone Alliance Exchange, and the BRICS Digital Economy Linkage Exchange.
