The bustling scene at Warehouse No. 4 of the Pingtan Cross-Border E-Commerce Park reflected the peak demand. Lin Xiaoqin, a staff member responsible for order processing and distribution, worked relentlessly at the computer, ensuring timely handling of each order. "We promptly allocate every order to guarantee delivery efficiency," she said.
This marks the 7th year that Pingtan has participated in the "Double 11" event. Wang Xiaolong, head of the receiving department at Fujian Youhaohuo Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.—the operator of the warehouse—shared insights into the growth. "In the first year, we only served Cainiao, but now we work with multiple platforms including Douyin, Pinduoduo, Tmall Global, Kuaishou, and Dewu," he explained.
Beauty, maternity, and baby products remained the primary categories shipped from the warehouse. The cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Pingtan have continuously enhanced their capabilities by introducing intelligent equipment, supporting the expansion of their service scope across more platforms.
