On Dec 5, 2025, Koudisan (Fujian) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and France's IASMOS Company signed a cross-border strategic cooperation agreement in Pingtan. Their joint venture, based in Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, will expand fragrance production to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and China. With IASMOS providing French perfume technology and shifting its Russia-Middle East export production here, the deal upgrades Pingtan's cosmetics industry and expands its global reach.
