Pingtan, an international tourism island with strong cross-Straits ties, is gearing up for the upcoming Spring Festival "New Year Shopping Festival" as major e-commerce platforms get ready to kick off promotional campaigns. The Pingtan Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Park is abuzz with activity—warehouses are fully stocked with global specialties like Italian chocolates, Australian wines, and cosmetics from Japan and South Korea, all ready for nationwide delivery.
Chen Xiaowen, person in charge of Fujian Lanhe Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., shared that the company has prepared over 10 million products valued at approximately 1.1 billion yuan, primarily on beauty items, food and alcohol. "Many international brands have come up with 'Chinese-style' Spring Festival custom gift boxes to better meet consumers' demand for premium New Year goods," he stated.
Enterprises have optimized warehouse layouts to accommodate increased inventory, ensuring ample supply for the holiday shopping spree. These curated cross-border products will give consumers a wider range of high-quality, festive choices for the Spring Festival.
