Wing of Wind Group inked an agreement for the capital increase and holding of Kinma, a water sports brand, marking a major layout of the group in the water sports equipment sector in Pingtan.

The cooperation injects capital into Kinma to scale new heights in the water sports industry, with a shared vision to fuel the growth of water sports by providing top-tier equipment that empowers athletes and enthusiasts alike. The initiative aims to boost the popularization and professional development of water sports and support sports enthusiasts in pursuing their water sports dreams with high-quality gear. Wing of Wind Group chose Pingtan for this project for its unique geographical edge, sound business environment and favorable policies for emerging industries, and the cooperation fills a vital missing piece in Pingtan's industrial puzzle, establishing a high-end water sports equipment manufacturing capability right on its shores—filling the industrial chain gap of water sports equipment manufacturing in the area.

Cai Guojian, executive president of the British Business Alliance and chairman of Wing of Wind Group, stated that the capital increase will strengthen the industrial chain with advanced technologies and fill the gaps in the core technologies of the industry. Kinma will establish both its R&D center and operational headquarters in Pingtan.
