Pingtan's IM Film Festival is the largest and most professional youth video exchange platform across the Taiwan Straits. For global Chinese university students and young directors, it integrates competition, screening, forum, training and investment. Held annually since 2020, it promotes cross-Straits cultural exchanges and builds a unique cultural icon for Pingtan International Tourism Island.
